What an exciting time to be alive!
Quantum physics affirms Spirituality:  we literally are One, part of the All. 
An inexhaustible Source of energy supports us and our world.  Scientists and Sages agree that our material world is not matter but vibrational energy.  Not particles, but waves, which have limitless potential for change.  We are vibration.

Energy Follows Attention.                                                        
Wherever we place our attention, life blossoms – increasing pain or pleasure or acceptance – our choice.
Our consciousness changes our reality. 
Life Force, Qi, Chi, Ki, Prana energy continually pours into the energetic pathways of our chakras, subchakras and acupuncture meridians, into every physical cell inside.  Healing Touch and Reiki enhance this energy.
The Universe wants to give us as much abundance as we are willing to receive.  Our reception depends on our amount of blockage.

Chakras
are wheels of light that pump energy through the central core of the body. The root chakra is at the tailbone, the crown chakra at the top of the head. Each chakra relates to and feeds particular parts of the psyche and body.  When healers channel energy, healing occurs in the emotional and mental layers as well as the dense physical layer.

Chakra Toning Sounds*
Here are some vibrational sounds you can use to stimulate your chakras and begin to feel them in your body.  Anodea Judith suggests the simple vowel sounds may be most effective for Westerners, and I find them so.  Also listed (in italics) are the traditional sounds from India, spoken with an "ah" vowel.  Get into a relaxed meditative state of mind, and repeat one sound over and over while focusing your attention on that chakra’s location in your body. Start with “oh” at the tailbone.

Meditation strengthens our Inner Observer and helps us identify with our limitless Soul.
When we meditate daily, over time we gain innate stress relief.  Aggravation rolls off.  No matter what problems we face, life becomes easier and happier. 
        There are many styles of meditation, but one of the easiest is to focus on your natural breath.  Let your belly expand with each inhale.  Listen deeply to the bottom of each exhale.  As your mind wanders (and it will, even for seasoned meditators), gently bring yourself back to the breath, back to the belly.  Gentleness.  Try it for only five minutes.  Five minutes every day for a month.  By then it will become a habit, and you may get deliciously lured into seven minutes.  And that’s fine.  See my blog for more meditation suggestions.

The Art of Gratitude -- naming our blessings -- puts us straight into abundance now.   Find something, anything, to fully  appreciate right now.  Revel in it.   Then choose to focus on the next thing you enjoy.  Even if you're feeling dark, you can find some small thing to appreciate.  Make your way up the emotional scale.

ENNEAGRAM   
The Enneagram is a fantastic tool for inner growth and awareness.  It is a system of nine personality types.  When you find your type, you also find the triggers that catapult you into frustration, anger, sadness, fear, withdrawal, constriction. 
When your trigger hits, you may realize, "Ouch, this is my habitual reaction.  I've been doing it for years.  Is there a way out of this loop?"   Indeed there is!
You can gain perspective on your chronic habit-of-mind and release yourself into greater wellbeing.

        Give yourself a few weeks to decide which personality type you are, because the answer depends on your innermost motives.  Sometimes that takes awhile to uncover, because of our inherent blind spots (unique to each type).  Take the time to delve deeper into your personality structure.  This is an amazing path to freedom and greater health on all levels.  If you'd like to learn more, contact me.



NUTRITION:  moving toward a non-toxic, more alkaline diet
Our best food is literally filled with light.  Scientists have found photons (light units) in food.  Organic foods have better-organized coherent photons, leading to greater health and wellbeing.  Not only that, organics are delialkaline diet nutritioncious - taste and see.

 

Nutritionists of today remind us that for best health, we should fill 50% to 80% of our plate with vegetables and salads.   Try it for a while and feel how your body responds.
Our typical American diet is overly acidic because it is too heavy in carbs, sugar, and protein. 
Over time, an acidic diet leads to weight gain and the degenerative diseases of old age. 

Fruits and vegetables are alkalinizing and our bodies love them.  
Evolving to a more alkaline diet will vastly improve the way you feel and cause the extra pounds to steadily drop off.  It will also diminish many of the ailments that arise as we age.

Boosting the good flora in our intestines (acidophilus, lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, etc) is also vital for our health.
